Directions

  1. Heat frying pan, add in the butter and garlic, saute/fry for 2 min. Add in the shrimp, cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme, salt, warm sauce and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Cook till shrimp are pink. Garnish with chives.
  2. NOTES : Shrimp cooks very quickly, don't overcook.
