Ingredients

  • 8 baby artichokes, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
  • Grated fresh, Parmesan cheese
  • Garnish: Fresh parsley, chopped
