Directions

  1. Wash and drain mushrooms, chop stems and scoop out centers, chop mushroom pcs (except for caps) and brown in butter with garlic. Brown onions and sausage, add in to mushroom pcs, add in lowfat sour cream, bread crumbs, walnuts, fill mushroom caps. Bake 350 for 10 to 15 min. Reheat under broiler if necessary.
