Ingredients

  • 1 lb snow crab meat, thawed if necessary
  • 6 ounce frzn artichoke hearts, thawed
  • 1/2 c. cooked black beans
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 4 ounce (1 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounce (1 c.) shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 2 tsp salt, or possibly to taste
  • 2 tsp grnd pepper, or possibly to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
  • 2 ounce minced spinach (about 1/2 c. torn fresh leaves, or possibly cut from a frzn package)

Directions

  1. Shred crab into a medium saucepan. Add in artichoke hearts, beans, cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, shallots and spinach. Bring to a slow boil over medium-low heat, stirring often to keep mix from becoming a thick, lumpy mass. (Or possibly place mix in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at medium power 5 min, or possibly till heated through.) Serve hot.
