Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. Cool water
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1 c. Sieved avocado
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Or possibly 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ds Tabasco
  • 1 x Pimiento, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Shrimp, cooked and shelled

Directions

  1. Soften gelatin in cool water, add in boiling water and stir to dissolve.
  2. Add in avocado, seasonings and pimiento. Refrigeratetill mix begins to thicken, then add in shrimps. Turn into cool wet mold, refrigeratetill hard, and unmold on lettuce.
