  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • Confectioners’ sugar, to taste
