Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Fresh corn kernels
  • 1 x Diced medium avocado
  • 1 med Tomato seeded and diced
  • 1/4 x Jalapeno chile chopped
  • 1/2 x Chopped small onion
  • 2 tsp Lime juice Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Cook corn and drain. Put in glass bowl and add in avocado, tomato, jalapeno, onion, lime juice and salt.
  2. TIP: Use fresh lime.
