Use yogurt instead of milk if you want a richer, creamier texture. If not, whole milk works just fine.

Ingredients
2 avocados
1 banana
1/2 cup of fresh vanilla yogurt or whole milk
1 cup of ice
1 tablespoon of raw honey
Directions
Peel and pit the avocados
Peel the skin off the banana
In a blender, add the ice, avocados, banana and yogurt
Top off with the raw honey
Blend for 15-20 seconds or until the ingredients are well mixed
