Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork roast (3 to 4) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 c. cranberries finely minced
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1/8 tsp grnd cloves
  • 1/8 tsp grnd nutmeg

Directions

  1. Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooking crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
  2. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
