Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Saute apples in skillet and set aside. Mix flour, lowfat milk and salt together till smooth. Add in large eggs, one at a time, till batter is smooth. Add in the apples to this mix. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet (one with sloping sides is best). Fry till golden tipping pan and lifting pancake with spatula to cook the batter. Cut an "X" in the pancake. Pour 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar over the pancake and place the skillet in the oven for 12 min. Serve with syrup or possibly powdered sugar.NOTE: Pancake will rise while baking.
