Ingredients

1 T butter
1 c. celery, sliced
3 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, cut up in 1/2 inch squares
8 ounce plain yogurt
Pepper

Directions

Heat butter and cook celery. Add in water to soup mix and then to celery. Boil and simmer 10 min. Add in cream cheese and cook 5 min over low heat till dissolved. Before ready to serve, add in yogurt, Do not BOIL! May add in pepper to taste and extra leeks.
