Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Coconut
  • 6 x Vanilla Wafers, crushed

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in the well-beaten Large eggs, cream and vanilla. Sift the dry ingredients, and add in to the first mix. Add in the coconut and wafers. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a moderate oven till brown on top. 8-10 min.
