Ingredients
- 1 lb Salad potatoes, (up to 2) Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 ounce Macaroni, salad
- 2 x Hard-boiled Large eggs, minced
- 2/3 c. Celery, minced fine
- 1/3 c. Carrots, shredded
- 1/2 sm Maui onion, minced fine
- 1/2 pkt Frzn peas, 10 ounce pkg
- 1/2 can Tuna in oil, liquid removed
- 1 c. Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
Directions
- Cook potatoes till tender. Cold. Peel and dice. Cook macaroni per package directions. Drain and cold. In a very large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix gently. Add in additional mayonnaise, if necessary.
- Chill for several hrs. Garnish with parsley, additional hard boiled Large eggs, paprika, slivers of green pepper, or possibly whatever. Me ke aloha, Mary
