15 lb green tomatoes *, (2 gal)
1 c. pickling salt
1/2 Tbsp. powdered alum
2 quart boiling water
2 c. cider vinegar
5 c. sugar
2 stk cinnamon
1 handf cloves
Directions
Green tomatoes should be fresh picked and sliced.
