Ingredients

  • 1 can Green Beans (16 ounce.)
  • 1 can White Shoe Peg Corn (11 ounce.)
  • 1/2 c. Green Onions/Scallions
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Simmer green beans and corn to boiling. Drain all water well. Add in onions/scallions, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add in mayonnaise. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate3 hrs or possibly till cool.
  2. Serves 4 to 5.
