Ingredients

  • 1 c. Aubergine, peeled,in 1/4"pcs
  • 1 x 16 Ounce. Can Tomatoes,Undrained, cut into chunks
  • 1 x 8 Ounce Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 c. Onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. Green Pepper, minced
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Pwdr Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered, 1 hour, till thickened. Stir occasionally while cooking.
