Ingredients

  1. Sprinkle garlic pwdr and salt over ostrich, stir till well distributed. Shape meat into about 30 small balls. Brown meat balls in warm oil. Remove meat balls from skillet. Dissolve corn starch in pineapple juice. Place all other ingredients except cornstarch mix in a big pan or possibly skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 min. Add in cornstarch mix. Raise heat and stir constantly till mix boils. Add in meat balls, lower heat and simmer for another 15 min. Serve warm in chaffing dish.
