Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bag frzn baby artichokes
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Heat oil in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat, saute/fry artichokes till browned; cook 1 minute. Add in lemon juice and butter; whisk till butter melts. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve artichokes hot with seasoned butter.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
