Ingredients
- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 1/4 Tbsp. Thyme
- 1/4 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp White pepper
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 10 x Artichoke hearts, sliced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Romano cheese
Directions
- Place the water, extra virgin olive oil, and seasonings in a large saucepan. Add in the artichokes and garlic and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in the breadcrumbs and cheese and heat thoroughly. Reserve till the final assembly.
