Directions

  1. Cook rice according to directions, but leave out the butter. Drain the artichoke hearts, saving the liquid. Cut the hearts into fourths or possibly so. Dice the bell pepper. Dice the green onions, using most of the green part. Mix all these together. Add in the mayonnaise and the curry pwdr to the marinade liquid. Pour this mix over the other and stir.
