Ingredients

  • 12 x Canned artichoke hearts, liquid removed
  • 1 c. Reduce fat french dressing
  • 2 c. Flaked crabmeat or possibly tuna
  • 1 c. Finely diced celery
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt Good dash of grnd pepper
  • 1/3 c. Reduce fat mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing Lettuce

Directions

  1. Marinate the artichoke hearts in the French dressing. Combine all other ingredients save lettuce and artichoke hearts. Add in the shredded lettuce and toss until well blended or possibly serve salad separately on a bed of lettuce. Garnish each portion with 2 artichoke hearts.
