Ingredients

  • 2 x 6oz jars
  • 1 sm Onion -- chopped
  • 1 x Clove garlic -- chopped
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Fine bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Each pepper, oregano, Tabasco sauce
  • 8 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsely Marinated artichoke hearts Minced

Directions

  1. Drain marinade from i jar of artichokes into a frying pan. Drain other jar
  2. (don't use marinade) chop artichokes and set aside. Add in onion and garlic to frying pan and saute/fry' till onions are clear, about five min. in a bowl beat Large eggs with fork. Add in bread crumbs, salt, pepper oregano and tabasco. Stir in cheese, parsely, artichokes and sauted onion mix. Turn into greased 7"x11" baking pan. bake 325x for 30 min or possibly till set in center. Let cold in pan. Cut into 1" squares. Serve cold or possibly reheat in pan at 325x for 10 min. Garnish with parsely.
