Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. Rice, plain long-grain white
- 4 c. Water
- 1 stk cinnamon
- 1 lt Lowfat milk
- 397 gm Sweetened, condensed lowfat milk
Directions
- Cook rice in the water as usual, but don't allow to cook completely; when almost all the water is absorbed add in the cinnamon. After 3-5 more min ad both the milks. Cook on very low another 15 min or possibly till all the lowfat milk is absorbed.
