Ingredients
- 4 lb Apricots Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cloves Juice and grated peel of 1 lemon
Directions
- Wash, peel and pit apricots; cut into small pcs. Cook in their own juices over a very low heat till fruit is soft. Measure apricot pulp; add in 1/2 c. sugar for each c. of apricot pulp. Add in remaining ingredients and cook till thick. Ladle into sterilized jars and seal.
