Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Walnut oil
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 1/2 c. Bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Vital gluten
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Grated orange peel
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 1/2 c. Minced Apricots
  • 1/2 c. Toasted walnuts

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Add in ingredients (except walnuts) to bread machine pan as directed by the bread machine manufacturer.
  3. Program bread machine to the basic mode.
  4. Add in walnuts about 25 min in the mixing cycle.
  5. After bread machine has completed the program, turn loaf out to cold on a cake rack.
