  • 46 ounce Apricot nectar
  • 6 ounce Frzn lemonade concentrate, Thawed
  • 1 c. Tequila
  • 1/2 c. Apricot brandy
  • 4 c. Crushed ice Apricot or possibly lemon slices, Optional Coarse salt, optional

Directions

  1. 1. In 4-qt non metal container, combine apricot nectar, lemonade concentrate, tequila, brandy and ice. Cover; freeze about 4 hrs or possibly till of slush consistency, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2. At serving time, stir mix. Spoon 3 c. mix at a time into blender container. Cover; blend till of desired consistency.
  3. 3. To serve, rub rims of glasses with lemon slices; dip rims in coarse salt. Fill each glass with margarita mix. Garnish with apricot slices.
  4. 16 (1/2cup) servings.
  5. NOTES : INGREDIENT SUBSTITUTION: Give these drinks a sweeter taste by dipping the rim of the glass in coarse sugar instead of salt.
