  • 1 med Ripe banana
  • 1/4 c. Instant nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon rind Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in container of an electric blender. Add in sufficient ice cubes to measure 4 c.. Blend till smooth.
