- 1 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 1/2 tsp Mace
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 3 c. Canned apricots halves, Liquid removed
Directions
- Blend first 7 ingredients. Arrange apricots in baking dish; sprinkle with crumb mix. Bake for 30 min at 375. Serve hot with lowfat milk or possibly cream.
