Ingredients

1/2 c. Wine Vinegar
1 c. Apricot Nectar
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chili Pwdr

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat till boiling over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute, then cold at room temperature, and chill till ready to use. This is a great one to use on pork or possibly chicken.
