• 1 3/4 c. Cake flour
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp Cloves, allspice, ginger
• 1 c. Unsweetened applesauce
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 1/3 c. Raisins
• 1/3 c. Minced walnuts
