Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 T oil
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together. Mix together egg, applesauce, lowfat milk and oil. Blend in dry ingredients. Mix all well. Drop by small tsp into hot oil. They will turn themselves. Remove from oil and drain well. Roll in powdered sugar or possibly cinnamon sugar mix.
