1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 large eggs, beaten
4 c. flour
2 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 c. applesauce
2 c. jam

Directions

Cream butter, sugar, and add in beaten large eggs; mix well. Add in jam and applesauce. Sift all dry ingredients together; mix all together and bake in a greased tube pan with pan of water underneath on second rack for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
