Apples, Berries, And Yams (Low Fat)

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 x apples peeled and chunked
  • 23 ounce yams (cooked or possibly canned) liquid removed
  • 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 16 ounce whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade

Directions

  1. In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Saute/fry apples till crisp-tender. Place apples and yams in a greased 3-quart. casserole. Sprinkle with the nutmeg. Combine cranberry sauce and marmalade. Spoon over yams. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
  2. YIeld: 8-10 servings.
