• 1 tsp Baking soda

• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Ginger
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1/4 c. Unsweetened applesauce
• 1 c. Sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
• 3 lrg Egg whites
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 c. Raisins
• 2 x Apples,pared,peeled+minced
