- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups golden brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled, diced (about 2-3 depending on size)
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
