Ingredients: 1/3 c. onion thinly sliced; 2 1/2 lb apple tart, coarsely minced; 1 c. apple cider or possibly apple juice; 1/2 c. light brown sugar packed; 1/3 c. dry cherries; 1/2 c. golden brown raisins; 1/3 c. dates minced; 6 Tbsp. white wine vinegar; 2 x garlic clove chopped; 1/2 c. sage minced
