  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar till fluffy. Beat in the Large eggs one at a time.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, sift the flour with the baking pwdr, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add in the flour mix alternately with the lowfat milk and rum or possibly rum extract to the sugar mix.
  4. Add in the apples, raisins and nuts. Pour the batter into prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till a toothpick or possibly butter knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
