Ingredients
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- 5 c. pared, cored & sliced Granny Smith apples
- Pastry for single crust (9 inch) pie
Directions
- Put together cheese, flour, sugar and butter. Mix is crumbly. Place apples in pastry crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 35 min longer or possibly till apples are tender. Place foil around edges of crust.
