Ingredients

  • 6 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar, or possibly half as much to taste
  • 1/2 c. Cinnamon apple sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 c. Minced pecans

Directions

  1. In small bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients except pecans.
  2. Stir in pecans. Cover; chill 1 to 2 hrs to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
  3. Yields 1 1/4 c..
  4. NOTES : Pantry: Mott's Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Use the microwave oven to soften the cream cheese in seconds.
