Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Applesauce
- 1/2 c. Apples, diced
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Cloves
- 2 x Large eggs
- 6 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2/3 c. Powdered lowfat milk
- 10 pkt Sweet and Low
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Carrots, grated
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin tin with Pam. Divide equally. Bake at 350 F. for 25 min.

- You may substitute Egg Beaters for the Large eggs and Equal for the Sweet and Low. Freeze well.
