Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Apple sauce
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x Egg white, beaten
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp BS
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. Minced apples (these need To be small pcs or possibly the Muffins Tend to fall apart).
Directions
- Add in apples at the end and mix in gently. Can add in raisins if desired.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Makes 8 muffins.
