My friend, Rose surprised me with a whole pan of this Apple Crisp. It was so good. I didn't have any vanilla ice cream to top it with, but I am sure that would have just hit the spot! Thanks Rose!

In an 8x8 pan, layer the apples. In bowl mix together brown sugar, flour, oats, butter, and spices. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream (or without, it still tastes great)!
