• 1 c. sugar
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking pwdr
• 1 Tbsp. cocoa
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 c. quick cooking oats
• 1 1/2 c. diced apples
• 1/4 c. minced nuts
• 1 c. confectioner's sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla water
