Ingredients

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan or possibly bowl large sufficient to mix all the ingredients.
  2. Add in sugar and Large eggs and mix till combined.
  3. Sift flour, baking pwdr and baking soda together. Combine butter mix, lowfat milk and apple slices and flour mix together.
  4. Pour half the mix into a greased and lined 23cm x 11cm loaf tin.
  5. Mix cinnamon, mixed spiced, sugar and nuts together. Divide mix in half and sprinkle one amount over half the cake mix. Top with remaining cake mix and top with remaining cinnamon mix.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees C for 1 hour or possibly till an inserted skewer comes out clean.
