Ingredients
- 2 c. Minced Granny Smith apples, (1 lg. apple)
- 1 1/2 c. Sliced almonds
- 3/4 c. Minced onion
- 3/4 c. Minced celery
- 4 Tbsp. Margarine
Directions
- Put all ingredients above in pan and saute/fry. Stir in 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and toss with 6 c. of bread cubes. Then add in 1 c. raisins, 1 beaten egg, and 1/2 c. cider or possibly apple juice. Put in greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
