Another Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 1 Pkg. Swiss cheese slices
  • 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
  • ¾ C. White wine
  • ½ C. Butter, melted
  • 1 Pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Lay cheese over chicken. Mix wine with soup and mix thoroughly, and pour over the cheese covered chicken.
  3. Put stuffing over all and spread evenly. Pour melted butter over stuffing.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. If prepared the night before, bake 50 – 55 minutes.
