Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow cake mix
  • 1 Pkg. Instant vanilla pudding (3 ¼ oz.)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 C. Sour Cream
  • ½ C. Cream sherry
  • ½ C. Oil
  • 1/3 C. Poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pan, and bake 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
