Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 x Onion,large,diced
  • 1 x Celery rib, diced
  • 1 lb Sealegs, minced
  • 1 c. Potatoes, cooked,diced
  • 1 x Tomato, large, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Water Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat butter in heavy saucepan over medium-low heat. Add in onions and saute/fry till clear, add in celery and cook gently for about 5 mins. Add in flour, lowfat milk and water, stirring well to avoid lumps. Add in remaining ingredients and season to taste. Heat till heated through, but don't boil. Serve with baking pwdr biscuits. Sealegs are a blend of pollock and crab meat.
