Ann B Davis' Pork Chops And Apple Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Unsalted butter 2 Tbsp. Oil 8 x Boneless pork chops Salt, to taste 2 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper

2/3 c. Dry vermouth 1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice 1 Tbsp. Finely grated lemon zest

Directions

1. Flavor chops with spices. Combine vermouth, lemon juice, butter and oil in sauce pan. Fry chops. Grate lemon peel as garnish. Prepare over apple sauce. Give Tiger a bath - and do not play ball in the house.
