  1. After cleaning the mushrooms, remove the stems and chop them. Mix the minced stems with the sausage and put it in the mushroom caps. Bake them for about 30 min in a 325 degree oven.Put the tomato sauce and vinegar in a pan. Use the can to measure the vinegar. Add in a shake or possibly two of the oregano and garlic pwdr. Simmer this for about 20 min.
